Service Description
You’ve been saying yes to everyone else—now it’s time to say yes to yourself. She Said Yes: Returning to My First Love is a transformational women’s workshop designed to help you release old stories, rediscover your worth, and commit to loving yourself fully. Through powerful storytelling, journaling, breakout sessions, and a symbolic self-marriage ceremony, you’ll walk away lighter, stronger, and deeply connected to the woman you’re becoming. Through a mix of guided journaling, intentional breakout sessions, and a powerful visualization experience, you’ll uncover truths, gain clarity, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more certain of your next steps. You’ll rotate through two transformative breakout sessions led by a licensed therapist and certified life coach—one focused on emotional honesty and the other on aligning with your vision and values—before coming back together for a closing circle and declaration of healing.

Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or credit toward a future service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to avoid delaying the next appointment. Minimum Enrollment (Workshops/Groups) Workshops and group sessions require a minimum number of participants. In the rare case of low enrollment or facilitator illness, Gateway Family Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel, and all registered participants will receive a full refund or credit. Wellness Services Wellness services are non-clinical and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
