At Gateway Family Therapy Services, Peter Nguyen brings a unique blend of expertise in massage therapy, nutrition, and body-based healing to support the full wellness journey of our clients. His work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we address the needs of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Peter’s passion for wellness began early in life, growing up in a commercial kitchen environment and witnessing firsthand how nourishing the body can change lives. As the founder of Healthy Chew, he helped thousands in Central Arkansas achieve healthier lifestyles through nutrition.

Now, at Gateway, he combines his deep understanding of therapeutic nutrition with the power of touch, offering trauma-informed massage therapy and personalized nutritional coaching.

Peter is committed to partnering with clients to promote physical restoration, emotional
resilience, and long-term vitality. Whether through healing touch or nutrition-focused support, his goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their health, and find lasting balance.
