Cancellation Policy

Gateway Family Therapy & Wellness – Room Rental Policy This policy applies to all renters using our training room, massage room, or office space. Booking & Payment All rentals are for short-term use only and must align with wellness, educational, or professional purposes. Rentals are not confirmed until approved and full payment is received. Add-ons such as breakout rooms, kitchen use, and projector access are available for an additional fee. Cancellation & Refunds Cancel 7+ days before: Full refund Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund Cancel <72 hours before or no-show: No refund If Gateway cancels for any reason, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Use of Space Rental time must include setup and cleanup. Arriving early or leaving late may result in additional charges. Renter is responsible for restoring the room to its original condition and removing all trash or personal items. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or open flames are allowed. Noise levels must be respectful. Liability Gateway Family Therapy & Wellness is not liable for injuries, lost property, or accidents during your rental. Renter assumes responsibility for any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. Insurance & Conduct Professional renters (e.g., massage therapists, workshop leaders) must carry their own liability insurance and name Gateway as an additional insured if requested. Renters are responsible for the behavior and safety of all attendees. Marketing & Branding Use of Gateway's name or branding must be approved. Photos or media for public use must receive prior written consent. By booking a space at Gateway, you agree to this policy and accept full responsibility for your use of the facility.
