Current Opportunities
Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
We’re seeking licensed therapists with a heart for trauma work and a passion for guiding individuals and families toward healing.
Requirements:

Master’s degree and active license in the state of Arkansas
-
Experience in trauma-informed care
-
Commitment to maintaining a caseload of 25 billable client hours per week
-
Strong documentation and communication skills
Clinical Interns
Our internship program provides hands-on experience in a supportive, educational environment.
What You’ll Gain:

Opportunities to co-facilitate groups and participate in community wellness events
Eligibility: Graduate-level students pursuing counseling, social work, or related degrees
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP)
We’re expanding our integrative wellness services and seeking a compassionate PMHNP to provide medication management and collaborate with our clinical team.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management

Collaborate with therapists to ensure coordinated care

Provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed treatment
Requirements: -
Active PMHNP license in the state of Arkansas

Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
