Our yoga classes are guided by Shontel Stott, a trauma-informed yoga instructor passionate about the positive impact yoga has on mental health. With a gentle, beginner-friendly approach, Shontel blends mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to create space for restoration and healing. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to every body—whether you’re new to the practice or looking for a way to reconnect with yourself.
