Course Description
This 3-hour interactive course explores how Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy can be used with a culturally responsive lens to support women of color experiencing trauma. Participants will learn how systemic oppression, cultural narratives, and personal trauma intersect and leave with trauma-informed strategies rooted in self-compassion, IFS, and social work values.
