Gateway Family Therapy & Wellness offers a private upstairs space ideal for clinicians, facilitators, and professionals who need an inviting, trauma-informed setting to host meaningful work.
Our rental space includes:

A large conference/training room with seating for up to 20

5 full-size tables (expandable), chairs, and flexible layouts

3 breakout rooms with small tables for small group sessions

Access to kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee/tea)

Private upstairs restroom

Free on-site parking
Whether you're hosting a CEU event, planning session, support group, or wellness gathering, our space offers the privacy and flexibility you need.
Rental Rates
Hourly Rental: $60/hour (2-hour minimum)

Half-Day (4 hours): $175

Full Day (8 hours): $300

Gateway Room Rental Policy

Reservations must be submitted via inquiry form and are not final until confirmed by staff.

Payment is due within 3 business days of approval to secure your date.

Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for full refund.

Setup/cleanup time must be included in your rental window.

Breakout rooms and kitchen are included upon request but must be pre-approved.

Respectful use of the space is expected; renters are responsible for leaving the space in clean condition.
