Full payment is required after approval to confirm your reservation

Rentals must be canceled 7+ days in advance for a full refund

Cancellations made 3–6 days before receive 50% refund

No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance

Renters are responsible for restoring the space to its original condition

Gateway is not liable for injury, damage, or lost items during your event

Insurance is required for renters offering client-facing services (e.g., massage, coaching, workshops)
