Gateway Family Therapy & Wellness offers flexible, short-term space rentals for professionals, wellness providers, and small organizations. Whether you need a full training room, a private office, or a peaceful space for healing services — we have options that support your work.

Room Options 

Training Room

Seats up to 20. Great for CEUs, workshops, and staff events.

$75/hr | $250 half day | $400 full day

Office Rental

Private space for coaching, client sessions, or consultations.

$40/hr | $120 half day | $200 full day

Massage Room

Peaceful setup for bodywork, massage, or Reiki services.

$45/hr | $140 half day | $225 full day

Add-ons available for all rentals:

  • Breakout rooms

  • Projector + screen

  • Kitchen access

  • Yoga Equipment 

  • Custom room setup

How to Book

  • Our team will review and confirm availability

  • If approved, you’ll receive a direct booking link to pay and reserve your space

All rentals must be approved prior to booking and payment.

Gateway Room Rental Policy

  • Full payment is required after approval to confirm your reservation

  • Rentals must be canceled 7+ days in advance for a full refund

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before receive 50% refund

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance

  • Renters are responsible for restoring the space to its original condition

  • Gateway is not liable for injury, damage, or lost items during your event

  • Insurance is required for renters offering client-facing services (e.g., massage, coaching, workshops)
